Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with a strong understanding of the automotive and trade sectors to lead the development and management of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine market insight, customer focus, and strategic thinking to drive product success and business growth.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular field visits to clients and car dealerships to gain firsthand insights into customer pain points, operational challenges, and emerging opportunities. These visits enable the Product Manager to translate real-world feedback into actionable product improvements and innovations that meet market demands.

The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and technical development to ensure the smooth execution of product strategies aligned with business objectives. Conducting market research and competitive analysis will be a continuous task to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.

The role requires strong analytical skills to monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and increase market share. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to liaise effectively with stakeholders, partners, and clients.

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

  2. Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.

  3. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and product management software.

  4. Proven understanding of business concepts, commerce, and marketing strategies

  5. Prior experience or deep understanding of the automotive sector, especially in car trading, is highly preferred.

  6. Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities.
