Hiring Stages
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you.

Getting to Know You
During the initial call or meeting, our recruiters will take time to understand your background, experience, and career story, and how these align with our organisation. This conversation is also an opportunity for you to ask your first questions about the role, the team, and the company, and to decide whether the opportunity feels right for you.

Manager’s Interview
In this meeting, your prospective leader will take a deeper look at your experience, expertise, and what you could bring to the team. You can expect a discussion around your knowledge of the relevant business or technology areas, as well as your key skills, certifications, and any qualifications you have completed or are currently working towards.

Finalising Matters
You’ve reached the final stage of the process. At this point, we focus on confirming the remaining details of you joining the team, including next steps, transition planning, and what your onboarding journey will look like.
How to Prepare
✅ 1. Be on Time
Showing up a few minutes early says a lot. If something comes up, just let us know in advance — we get it.
😊 2. Bring a Good Attitude
You don’t need to be perfect. Just be positive, respectful, and ready to join a team that works together.
💬 3. Know Your Availability
Be ready to chat about which days and times you can work. Some of our roles are offered on part time basis and others on shift mode.
🧠 4. Show Us Who You Are
We want to see what sets you apart. Share the projects you’ve worked on, the initiatives or social activities you’ve been involved in, and any experiences or achievements that best showcase who you are and what you bring to the table.
💡 Bonus Tip: Ask Us Questions, Too!
Want to know what the job’s like? Who you’ll be working with? Ask away. This is your chance to learn about us, too.
