Job description

Conduct regular field visits to onboard customers, gather and update client data, promote subscriptions, and support users in using the platform. Act as the first point of contact for customers and report feedback to internal teams.

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

  2. Field, sales, or customer-facing experience

  3. Strong communication skills (English & Arabic)
