Role Overview
The Field Sales & Operations Officer is a core member of the Sales Operations team for the Sooq Cars mobile application. The role is responsible for client acquisition, revenue generation, and on-ground operational execution, with a focus on the Spare Parts product.
This role supports the sale and resale of used genuine spare parts of light vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, and related categories.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales, Revenue & Client Acquisition
Conduct regular field visits to identify, engage, and onboard new clients.
Convert prospects into paying customers by signing them up to:
Subscription packages
One-time special promotional offers
Transactional sales and paid listings
Promote and explain the value proposition of the Spare Parts product and platform features.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the designated territory.
Act as the primary on-ground representative and brand ambassador of the company.
2. Operations & Client Enablement
Collect, verify, and update client profiles, vehicle listings, and supporting documentation on the platform.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance during onboarding and follow-up visits.
Support clients in effectively using the Sooq Cars mobile application, including subscriptions, listings, and transactions.
Facilitate smooth interaction between clients and the digital platform.
3. Customer Support & Market Feedback
Act as the first point of contact for clients for operational and platform-related queries.
Gather structured customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights from the field.
Escalate issues and insights to the Key Operations Officer to improve product and processes.
4. Flexibility & Role Evolution
Remain open and adaptable to role changes, additional responsibilities, or scope adjustments as required by market conditions, business needs, and organizational growth.
Job requirements
Mandatory
Passion for the automotive industry, with a strong interest in vehicle sales and market dynamics.
1-3 years of experience as a car trader, reseller, or car broker or related stream within the assigned area.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with a highly field-intensive work model.
Owns a vehicle and holds a valid driving license.
Technically proficient with mobile applications and web portals for sales and data management.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred / Added Advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Studies, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Knowledge of Urdu.
Prior experience in field sales, subscription-based services, or marketplace platforms.
